Town Hall with Rep. Phil Green - Local Control

WIND & SOLAR - LOCAL CONTROL TOWN HALL

You are invited to attend a town hall to discuss wind and solar sighting law changes and how they will affect your community. The Governor signed House Bills 5120 and 5121 (now Public Acts 233'23 and 234'23) on November 14th, 2023.
Representative Phil Green will discuss the changes to local "control" and what the new laws mean for wind and solar sighting locations for you and your neighbors.
The doors will open at 5:30pm and the speakers will begin at 6:00pm.
